From April to October 2012, the ArtHotel Kiebitzberg® offers boat tours on the Havel and Elbe with the PonTOM® water convertible. For excursions with family or friends, for very special company events, for parties, birthday celebrations, weddings on the water or even a romantic dinner in the middle of nature. The water convertible offers space for 12 people and is equipped with a small open galley, bath/shower and electric on-board WC. On request, the ArtHotel serves various catering packages on board. There is also a kayak and canoe rental service. Easter Sunday, April 8, 2012 was the official start of this year's boat charter season in Havelberg.
For the Start of the 2012 boat charter season the new Hotel in Havelberg couldn't have chosen a better date than Easter Sunday. The combination of bright sunshine and spring-like temperatures was perfect. „Of course, we and our guests wouldn't have minded a few more degrees on the thermometer. But the PonTOM® is the perfect place to enjoy nature even with the top down,“ says Hotel Manager René Christl, who is well aware of the special features of the Kiebitzberg® pontoon boats.
PonTOM® Cabrio - Let the sunshine in!
The Pontoon boat with open top (dimensions: 14.25 m length x 3.70 m width) is shown in the PonTOM® Raft Manufactory Havelberg built and impresses with its concept: the Two-part glass sliding roof provides a unique convertible feeling on wet roads. If you push the Flexible glass side panels back, a 5.60 m long sun deck, over which a pleasantly fresh breeze blows on hot summer days. If light summer rain suddenly sets in or the temperatures are colder than expected, you can enjoy the atmosphere well protected with the canopy closed.

A special kind of boat tour - for special occasions
Lounge benches and club tables, a small open galley with gas stove and refrigerator, hot water connection, a bathroom with shower and electric on-board WC ensure comfort on board. This makes for a relaxed and comfortable cruise on the Havel and/or the Elbe. With Excursions at the weekend just as with special occasions, for which the PonTOM® is also built for external customers of the Havelberg shipyard. „Special occasions need a special setting! Business lunches, company outings, weddings, birthday parties or romantic dinners take place on the PonTOM®. We supply custom-made furniture and shipbuilding according to customer requirements,“ says Andreas Lewerken, founder and Managing Director of the family-run group of companies in Havelberg, listing the key ingredients of his recipe for success.
