„Now begins the toil of the plain“

As early as the end of 2012 Renate Lewerken and her team completed a seminar with lecturers from the Harz University of Applied Sciences: „We provide the participants with tools for building a qualitative service: How do I get to know my customers“ expectations better? What types of customers are there? What is part of a qualitative service? Which service ideas suit me?„ explains Prof. Georg Westermann, head of the ServiceQualität project at the Harz University of Applied Sciences. The next step was the certification process: taking stock of service performance and binding specifications on what should be improved over the next three years. “This is where the hard work begins: implementing measures, developing new measures and implementing them again," explains Prof. Westermann.
