The gates to IFA (Internationale Funkausstellung) in Berlin opened today at 9.00 a.m. sharp. Until Wednesday, September 5, 2012, the world's largest and most important electronics trade fair will not only be a magnet for everyone who wants to find out about the latest 3D televisions, tablet PCs or smartphones. There is also a very extensive range of events and entertainment on offer.
„Everyone here is really talking about the IFA Summer Garden, especially the Fritz Open-Air,“ says journeyman carpenter Dennis Theiß. He has been coordinating this year's Exhibition stand construction for Kiebitzberg® on the IFA on site and is working with the team on the implementation. Now the big piece of work is done.
The number of exhibition areas and trade visitors at IFA has been rising steadily for years. In particular, the still relatively young iZone and eLibrary has even more space available in 2012 than in the previous year. This is a sign of the ever-increasing digitalization of everyday life and work, as well as the growing importance of the trade fair in the world. And an increase in orders for suppliers and Stand builders like the Kiebitzberg® Group in Havelberg. In 2012 - for the ninth year in a row - the family-run company, which has been successful for 27 years, once again impressed with its Group of companies from Havelberg (130 km from Berlin) with sustainable concepts, clever solutions and quality from the experts.

This year, the team around operations manager Kiebitzberg® furniture workshops, Thomas Franke, with the Stand construction for 2.5 exhibition halls commissioned. „The stand construction for the two halls 15.1 and 16 at IFA 2011 has already surpassed everything we have ever realized in this area. At least that's what we thought at the time. But in 2012, part of the eLibrary Hall 14 was added,“ says Franke, looking back proudly on the major challenge.
