What you can conjure up from three Berlin apartments...
Some medical practices are so successful that they speak the boundaries of their premises. This is the case with the practice clinic Dr. Raoul Hasert in Berlin. The existing practice is located on the 3rd floor of entrance 113 a and originally consisted of the existing practice and a residential unit. When there was no longer enough space, another apartment was added without further ado. With the merger, the practice was enlarged by a good third, to approx. 300 m². The conversion, completely planned and coordinated by Kiebitzberg, was carried out in three construction phases. The rooms were stripped back to the shell, the floor plans were rearranged and the interior was completely refurbished. First, the empty apartment was converted and refurbished. A completely new surgery room was created there. The practice remained unaffected by the construction work. In the 2nd construction phase, the reception and waiting area were renovated in a short time window (over Easter, the practice was on vacation) and put into operation together with the 1st construction phase. The waiting area was now provisionally divided so that the rest of the practice could be rebuilt in the 3rd construction phase. In each construction phase, the separate accessibility of the practice remains separated from the construction work by separate entrances.
After completion in August, the practice had a spacious reception and waiting area, 8 consulting rooms and treatment rooms, a surgery room and bright, friendly laboratory and staff areas.
An extraordinary practice with an extraordinary floor plan!
