Child-friendly design and an inviting atmosphere are at the heart of the pediatric practice in Leipzig Zentrum-West and the interior fit-out. In 2023, our client sought our expertise in planning and interior design to create her new practice. Right from the start, the focus was on the needs of the young patients. We not only took on the interior design, but also coordinated the building trades for them. Steffen Bogs led the various trades through the conversion to ensure a seamless process for our client.

A special eye-catcher is the reception counter with a top panel made of durable solid surface material in orange(You can find more counters here).

But the real highlight is the waiting area, which was designed to distract the children and create an open atmosphere that is not reminiscent of a visit to the doctor. In line with our client's ideas, we designed a bookcase in the shape of a fairytale tree. The hand-upholstered benches and the changing unit add further accents.

In our concept for the paediatric practice, each room has its own color as a recognition feature. The green, orange and red furniture is individually tailored to the needs of our client. They not only offer generous storage space for the practice's needs, but are also easy to clean thanks to the solid surface.

During the planning phase, we also coordinated with the health authorities to ensure a smooth opening of the practice.
