Free children's and youth concert at the ArtHotel introduces children to classical music

Spring, summer, fall and winter all came together in the space of an hour yesterday in the hall of the ArtHotel Kiebitzberg®. In a musical sense, with Vivaldi's „The Four Seasons“.
„I think it's great what this young guy is doing up there.“ Florian Pfeiffer, a fourth-grader from Glöwen secondary school with a primary school section, was not only impressed by the skills of 17-year-old „child prodigy“ Elin Kolev on the violin, he also stood out among the 180 or so concert-goers - primary and secondary school pupils from Wust, Glöwen and Havelberg - yesterday. Because he had really „dressed up“. „The bow tie is from my father. He wore it to his wedding,“ said the young man proudly. Like Elin Kolev, he would like to become a musician one day. After the concert, he also took the opportunity to exchange a few words with Elin Kolev. As did his classmate Tamara Damer.

Graduation in Magdeburg
Girls and boys from grades 5 and 6 at the „Am Weinberg“ secondary school in Havelberg were in the audience at the „Classical music - I like it!“ concert for children and young people, a school and education project run by the Europa Philharmonie that aims to make classical music more accessible to children as a supplement and continuation of music lessons. This week, this is happening with Elin Kolev. Yesterday - after Barleben on Tuesday and Zichtau on Wednesday - a stop was made in Havelberg. On Saturday, the final concert of the „Four Seasons“ tour will take place at the Kloster Unser Lieben Frauen in Magdeburg.
