In March 2021, the curtain came down at St. Elisabeth and the first part of the new reception area was opened.
The round counter at St. Elisabeth forms the focal point of the new reception area. For the counter, we chose the new material developed by HI-MACS, „Pavia“, which is particularly characterized by its translucent marbling. The counter offers employees plenty of storage space and room for their daily work. The lighting of the Solid surface materialcounter, it is a real eye-catcher even at a later hour.
In close proximity to the counter, we developed patient cubicles specially tailored to the needs of the hospital, which create a private atmosphere. To ensure good acoustics, we used special acoustic wall panels in the interior fit-out. Thanks to the Branch office Leipzig, we managed to accommodate all of the customer's wishes in a small space. The patient cubicles at St. Elisabeth Hospital are accessible from the back office, allowing the patient and doctor to be separated.
For Andreas and Florian Lewerken, it was particularly important to create a pleasant environment in which patients feel safe and secure.
We also planned and developed a library and a hairdressing salon in the area around the counter. Once again, it was very important for us to combine needs, wishes and structural conditions into an overall concept.
In the near future, we look forward to completing a waiting area with drinks supply and a display case near the counter. In the waiting area, in addition to a customized upholstered bench, we are using quality products from the German manufacturer Wilkkahn.
