This ship was built for the research work of the Faculty of Environmental Sciences and Process Engineering and is used for experiments, water and soil samples on Lake Scharmützel. The ship is equipped with a working mast and a hydraulic winch. This makes it easy to work on the spacious stern working area. The ship has an electric drive, which is powered by a diesel generator and solar panels on the deck area, ensuring a long-term, self-sufficient supply.
